Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality service to all of our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only the DJ, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding cancelled bookings. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please notify DJ Magnificent as soon as you know you will not be utilizing our services. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 72 hours in advance. Bookings are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to booking. If you need to cancel your appointment please give me a call at 216-544-8765 between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voice message. DJ Magnificent will return your call as soon as possible. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 72 hours before the booked time. A no-show is when a client cancels with little to no notice. For new clients first booking, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the booked service. Regardless of the circumstances, all cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
